3649623 - Non-LS Sender Partner Type is changed to LS by IDoc_AAE adapter

Symptom

When creating Receiver Partner Profiles on the Sender System for Processing Java IDocs, the following options are available for the Sender Partner Type:

  • Logical system (LS)

  • Customer (KU)

  • Vendor (LI)

  • User (US)

When a non-LS Sender Partner Type ( for example, LI) is configured, after the IDoc is processed by IDoc_AAE adapter in SAP Process Orchestration system, it's noticed that the Sender Partner Type received by the receiver system is changed to LS.
