3649637 - Issue while terminating Global Account due to inactive support mailbox

Symptom

  • Users are trying to terminate/end the Global account associated with their BTP Cockpit.
  • They are sending mail to pe_build_helpline@sap.com and getting error as below.
    Ticket NOT Created
    Support Mailbox No Longer in Service
