3649638 - Error message "Sorry, we can't find this file" would appear when accessing any of the Currency Conversion table in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) after 2025 QRC4 update

• Error message "Sorry, we can't find this file" would appear when accessing any of the Currency Conversion table in SAC system
• This issue would occur on all users, including users with Admin role and Currency Conversion table owner
• This issue would also occur newly created currency conversion table
• This issue occurs after the 2025 QRC4 update
• In har file tracing the process of opening the currency conversion table, error message "Provider not found [1204]" could be found out in the response of related request /api/v1/dataexport/ 

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.21.5 

1. Log onto SAC
2. Navigate to Files-> Public-> Currency Conversions folder 
3. Access any of these currency conversion tables saved in this Currency Conversions folder
   => Error message "Sorry, we can't find this file" would appear on all users who access this table
   => It has been verified this issue would occur on all users, including users with Admin role, and this issue even occur on the currency conversion table owner
   => In har file tracing the process of opening the currency conversion table, error message "Provider not found [1204]" could be found out in the response of related request /api/v1/dataexport/ 

This issue is under investigation by development.

Solution:

Check the IDP / SAML mappings as described in Step 7 in the help document Enable a Custom SAML Identity Provider (Legacy Custom IdP) | SAP Help Portal?

Verify if the required "Groups = sac" attribute is correctly set as described in the document and example:
