3649653 - HRSFI_RCT_HIRE - selected row is not kept or message "Select a job application"

Symptom

Talent Hybrid Integration (BizX Add-on):
In transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE the user selects a row (an applicant) in order to process him/her further for hiring. However, the user sees data of another applicant or a pop-up window with message "Select a job application".

Environment

Integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM (BizX Add-on)

Reproducing the Issue

1. Transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE: Select a row (an applicant).
2. You see the data of another applicant in the lower part of the screen.
And/or a pop-up window appears with message "Select a job application".

Cause

The SAP List Viewer (ALV) handling is not functioning correctly.

Resolution

Please create a Support case for component BC-SRV-ALV (rather than for component PA-SFI-TM).
