3649670 - Missing Joule icon in SAP Build Work Zone Standard Edition

Symptom

  • After running the integration process for SAP Build Work Zone Standard Edition with Joule, the formation was created and synced successfully.

  • However the Joule enablement button is missing in Work Zone site setting page under Services section.



  • The expected behavior is as below:



  • Due to this, the Joule icon cannot be enabled in Build Work Zone sites.
