3649710 - Cannot Select Customer Project Factsheet (Display Project) in "Plan Customer Projects" App

Symptom

Cannot select the "Customer Project Factsheet" or the "Display Project" link from a customer project after 2508 upgrade.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2508 and upper versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open "Plan Customer Projects" app.
  2. Search for a project.
  3. Click the project name / link.

Cause

The customer project factsheet is deprecated since 2508, as mentioned in What's New in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2508 - Customer and Internal Project Factsheets (Deprecation).

Resolution

The successor app is "Project Control – Professional Services Projects" (F6869). The navigation link from the project name opens the project in the "Project Control - Professional Services Projects" app since 2508.
