3649863 - Trace mode not working in Edge Integration Cell runtime environment

Symptom

Trace mode is not functioning in the Edge Integration Cell (EIC) environment. After enabling trace mode in "Manage Integration Content" view and redirecting to "Monitor Message Processing," the log level remains on Info mode.

Error messages observed:

Http status code 401. Response body '{"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"Client Authentication failed."}'.

Response Headers [cache-control: no-store, content-type: application/json, date: Thu, 21 Aug 2025 13:57:20 GMT, pragma: no-cache, server: nginx, www-authenticate: Basic realm="UAA/client", error="unauthorized", error_description="Bad credentials"].

Error while fetching config service access error UAA returned 401: {"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"Client Authentication failed."}.
