3649890 - Incoterm field value is missing in billing header in Create Billing Documents(VF01)app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Incoterm field is not populated in the intercompany billing header in the Create Billing Documents (VF01) app, although it is available in the Display Outbound Delivery (VL03N) app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In billing document creation:
• 1. Navigate to the app Create Billing Documents(VF01) and enter the outbound delivery number.
  2. Navigate to the billing header details and observe that the Incoterm field is empty.
• In outbound delivery:
  1. Navigate to the app Display Outbound Delivery (VL03N)  and enter outbound delivery number.
  2. Verify that the Incoterm field is populated in the delivery, carried over from the intercompany STO.

The Incoterm field is not maintained in the customer master data under the Billing tab in the Maintain Business Partner app.

To populate the Incoterm field value in the billing header, follow these steps:

1. Open the Maintain Business Partner app.
2. Enter the customer number.
3. Navigate to role Customer (FLCU01) ,then select Sales and Distribution.
4. Go to the Billing tab and maintain the Incoterm field.
5. Save the changes.
