3649925 - SF LMS: "Take Survey" button remains after the survey is completed

• After completing an item and the associated survey, the "Take Survey" button is still available on the pop up.
• Clicking the "Take Survey" link after survey completion results in an error message, which states that the user no longer has access to the survey.

1. Ensure a course with a survey is available on the learning plan.
2. Complete the course
3. On the pop up which confirms the item completion, open the survey with the "Take survey" button.
4. Submit the survey.
5. The same popup is still available which has the link to the survey.
6. Click on the "Take Survey" link a second time will now return error: "Access Denied. You've already completed the survey."

The "Take Survey" link remains visible in the confirmation message due to the survey being launched in a separate window, which cannot communicate with the completion toast dialog to remove the link.

Product Management Team has confirmed this behavior is expected and cannot be changed due to technical limitations. The error was purposely added to help the end user understand the survey is already completed: "Access Denied. You've already completed the survey."
