3649975 - Timeout during inbound processing in IDOC sender adapter

Symptom

  • Cloud Integration message processing is failing on the Idoc/SOAP sender step, with error message: "Fault:java.net.SocketTimeoutException", caused by "SocketTimeoutException:null".
  • HTTP access logs shows HTTP 408 entry indicating request timeout for the same timestamp:
    • POST /cxf/<iflow_endpoint> HTTP/1.1 408
