3650045 - MM conditions BXCB, BXBS, and BXBM are incorrectly affecting Sales Orders

Symptom

The SAP Notes of Brazil Tax Reform present in SAP Note 3561376 were implemented and when creating a Sales and Distribution Sales order the "TX" conditions BXCB, BXBS and BXBM are present in the SD Pricing Procedure.
