3650093 - PTP replication is not triggered even through no error in tcode SLG1

PTP replication is not triggered even through PTP replication program RP_HRSFEC_PTP_EE_REPLICATION run is successful, no replication log for the employee in tcode SLG1. Meanwhile, below errors may be noticed: 

• Application Error "The ASSERT condition was violated." (message no. srt_core267)  in tcode STRUTIL.
• Queue execution error with lock reason: "system error; not executed" in tcode SBGRFCMON.
• Dump ASSERTION_FAILED in tcode ST22.
