3650107 - Send Interest Letters Button is disabled in Manage Interest Runs (F4485) app

Symptom

The Send Interest Letters Button in the Manage Interest Runs (F4485) app is visible but disabled.
The issue occurs after initiating the interest calculation using the Schedule Interest Calculation Jobs (F4176) app.
The system generates the interest letter, but the button remains grayed out when attempting to issue another interest statement.
