3650118 - Error "Posting is only possible with a zero balance" in app Upload General Journal Entries - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Although Debit and Credit amounts are equal, system still throws error "Posting is only possible with a zero balance" while uploading Journal Entries using the "Upload General Journal Entries" app.

1. Open app Upload General Journal Entries
2. Upload the journal entries template 
3. Post
4. Error "Posting is only possible with a zero balance; correct document" 

The upload template is not in the correct format.

For example, the second header section is used for a separate document rather than a separate line item. 
Therefore, the system is reading these as two separate documents containing one line item each, leading to the balances being incorrect. 

Ensure that the upload template is in correct format when uploading the journal entries. 

For example, remove the second header section and include both G/L Account information as separate line item to get rid of the error.
