How to trigger Document Routing Skip Notification?

When Document Routing Skip Notification is enabled, the email notification is not received 

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. In your instance, go to the search bar and search for "Email Notification Template Settings" 
2. Search for "Document Routing Skip Notification" within the list of templates.
3. Ensure the checkbox next to "Document Routing Skip Notification" is selected.
4. Click on the "Document Routing Skip Notification" entry. On the right-hand side, you’ll see the configuration panel. Set the following:
   1. Email Subject
   2. Email Body
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.
6. When the step is skipped, the notification is not triggered.
