3650197 - Latest Goal Management - Not all team goals are selected when 'Select All' box is marked in Manage Team Goal's Assign Goal feature

Symptom

When 'Select All' box is marked in Manage Team Goal's Assign Goal feature only those goals are selected that are already loaded in the page. After scrolling down 'Select All' box becomes unchecked upon the UI loads more goals that were not previously selected.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 2505

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a Goal Plan.
  2. Click on Manage Team Goals button.
  3. In Manage Team Goals click on Assign Goal button.
  4. Mark the 'Select All' box.
  5. Scroll down until additional goals are loaded and observe that the freshly loaded goals were not selected by the 'Select All' function.

Resolution

A short-term solution will be deployed with the 2H2025 release (13-Oct-2025 for Preview and 14-Nov-2025 for Production environments), where the 'Select All' button will be relabeled as 'Select All Loaded Goals' and instead of 20 goals per page, 100 goals per page will load instantly, so the first 100 goals will be selected by clicking the 'Select All Loaded Goals' button.

A long-term solution is tentatively planned to be introduced with 1H2026 release on 13-Apr-2026 for Preview and on 14-May-2026 for Production environments.
