Symptom

• After implementing SAP Note 3360260, an error is expected to occur during the processing of TransportationOrderGenericRequest_In if PackagingMaterialInternalIDs or RecipientPackagingMaterialInternalIDs are missing.  
• However, the error does not occur when one of the components is missing.
