Symptom
You have configured a rule for printing purchase order labels, but the incorrect print queue "Default" is displayed when printing labels.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Inbound Logistics work center.
- Select the Purchase Orders view.
- From the dropdown menu, choose Open Purchase Orders.
- Select a purchase order and choose "Post Goods Receipt."
- Go to the Labels tab.
- Choose "Post Item Label" at the bottom.
- Under General in Printer Settings, verify that the print queue displays "Default" instead of the configured labels in Output Selection.
Cause
The site location for the selected purchase order is not maintained in Output channel selection.
Resolution
- Go to the Application User and Management Work center.
- Select the Output channel selection sub view from the Input and Output management view.
- In the "Show Rules" field, enter the label description of the created rule and choose "Go."
- Select "New" to create a new rule.
- In the Output channel, select "Printer."
- Configure the required Print queue.
- For the Process, select "Inbound Delivery Processing" or "Outbound Delivery Processing" as applicable.
- Add the required site IDs in the Site field using the value help.
- Save and close the configuration.
- Refresh and verify the print queue for any purchase order to ensure it displays the correct data.
