3650323 - RSDS001: "Access method  does not exist"; RS_EXCEPTION000: "The file is not open" error with File Extraction from AL11 to SAP BW/4HANA via DTP

Symptom

There is a DTP which extracts data from FILE type Source system on SAP BW/4HANA, datasource Adapter is "Load Text-Type File from Application Server". If push the file contents button next "File Name" from DTP extraction tab, got the following error:

Access method  does not exist
Message No. RSDS001

And if execute the DTP, got the following errors:

The file '<file logic path>/<file name>' is not open
Message No. RS_EXCEPTION000

Error in substep
Message No. RSBK231

Data package processing terminated
Message No. RSBK229
