3650359 - Microsoft Teams Button Is Greyed Out

Symptom

When a specific user is logged on the system and is going to create a new visit for example, the Collaboration Microsoft Teams field is greyed out.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Visit's work center.
2. Click on "+" button to create new visit.
3. The Collaboration Microsoft Teams field is greyed out.

Resolution

The Collaboration button will be disabled if the following conditions are not met:

  1. Consent must be provided, and the BC scoping question for Teams integration should be enabled.

  2. The Organizer of the Visit must be set and have a valid email ID.
