3650379 - RE-FX Valuation: Linearization of lease expense not consistent for 4-4-5 fiscal year variant in valuation cash flow

Symptom

  • Lease expenses are not linearized based on the 4-4-5 fiscal year variant in the valuation cash flow.
  • Linearization works correctly for the calendar year but fails for fiscal year view.
  • In fiscal year view, the column "Leasing Expense/Revenue" does not show a consistent linearized amount for the 4-4-5 periods.
