3650415 - Unable to rehire employees with dependents without filling National ID Information using custom Hire Template

• The system prevents rehiring employees who have dependents without National ID Information using custom Hire Template
• The error message displayed is: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact Technical Support, if the problem persists."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Add New Employee.
2. Select the a custom Hire Template
3. Click Continue.
4. Fill the details
5. Encounter the error message: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact Technical Support, if the problem persists."

The issue arises due to the configuration of the custom Hire Template, where Dependent Information + Name Information + National Id information are located in the same section.

1. Navigate to the Hire Template configuration in the system.
2. Remove the dependent section from the Personal Information section.
3. Add the dependent section to other section.
4. Save the changes in the system
5. Reattempt the rehiring process using the custom Hire Template.
