You export a filtered table to CSV and notice that all the sata are exported, not only the filtered ones.

You have selected the option "all" in you export settings

When selecting the option "all" in your export, the filtering is not taken into account.

Scope description of option "all"  : Exports all the data, not just the currently visible data. Hierarchies of visible dimensions are expanded: If your table has a hierarchy, all the nodes of the hierarchy will be exported, even if you have not drilled down on the data in your table. 

Scope description of option "Point of View" : Exports what you see in the table data region (all the visible rows and columns). This includes visible comment columns, story/ model calculations, and hierarchy levels in separate columns.
