Symptom
- The "Total Payments Earned" card appears blank for an external user.
- The card displays correctly for other test users and internal carrier/administrators.
- The affected user is set up identically to other test users, yet the issue persists.
- The card's assignments and security groups appear correct.
- Attempts to remove and re-add the card did not resolve the issue.
- The issue persists across different browsers and incognito windows.
