Unable to remove tiles and target mappings from a custom catalog.
Error messages encountered include:
- No tiles and no target mappings have been removed from catalog <Catalog Name>.
- A tile has not been removed from catalog <Catalog Name>.
- A target mapping was not removed from catalog <Catalog Name>.
- Cannot remove tile <Tile Name> because it is assigned to page <Page Name>.
- Target mapping <TM Name> cannot be removed as it is mapped to page <Page Name>.
