Symptom

Customer attempted to configure the connection between SAP Business Network (SBN) and SAP Ariba Invoicing using SAP ISMG, but encountered confusion regarding the certificate format. ISMG only allows downloading .cer certificates, while the integration requires a .pfx certificate.
