3650549 - Process chain not executing with the option 'Execute Synchronously', but the 'Schedule' option is available.

Symptom

Process chain can not be executed with the option 'Execute Synchronously', following message will be displayed. However, the process chain is in active status.

Error >> Process chain ZPC_ZAD0535 is not active. Activate first  (Message No. RSPC 121)
