3650565 - System allows creation of second settlement although preceding settlement not released to accounting

Symptom

  • The system allows posting a second settlement document even though the preceding settlement document has not been released to accounting.
  • This behavior occurs despite the configuration setting: condition contract settlement > Specify Settlement Settings for Condition contracts > Settlement > Requirement Next Settlement Allowed - Documents for previous settlements are not changeable.
