3650572 - PR item details are not updated in Buy on Behalf scenario - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When creating a Purchase Requisition, default values such as plant and account assignment data are retained from the creator of the PR instead of the "on behalf of" user.

The issue occurs when using the "Create Purchase Requisition" app or its successor, "My Purchase Requisitions New".
