3650577 - Workflow Not Triggered for Matrix Relationships and Job Relationships Sync - Employee Central

• Workflow is not being triggered when change comes from sync between Matrix Relationships and Job Relationships. 
• Rule trace shows that the onSave rule in Job Relationships in the BCUI was triggered and set the workflow.

1. Create an OnSave business rule to trigger a workflow for job relationships;
2. Edit Matrix relationships in any scenario where Matrix Relationships and Job Relationships Sync will happen, such as: 
   •  Manage Position, Position Org Chart or Termination > Transfer Job Relationships;
3. Save the data and the sync will run;
4. Collect a rule trace and rule set the workflow from job relationships.

Matrix Relationships and Job Relationships Sync does not support workflow.

Although the rule was successfully executed, the workflow framework does not accept the transaction to trigger the workflow from the sync as per system design.
