Symptom

  • Windows AD SSO does not work
  • Single Sign On configuration is correct according to KBA 2629070 How to Securely Integrate BI 4.2 or 4.3 with Windows Active Directory and SSO in Distributed Environments - Best Practices 
  • When tried SSO workflow, redirects to logon credentials page
  • From the vintela logs below entries are observed:

    • Start Level Event Dispatcher vintela ([]): Error during initAuthenticator()

      Exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: arraycopy: last source index 513 out of bounds for byte[512]
