3650611 - Can't establish websocket connection to server using Signavio Process Intelligence On-Premises Extractor

Trying to use OnPrem extractor to extract data via Linux but getting an error: 400 bad request. Reviewed logs that indicated websocket could not connect.

HTTP communication to Signavio Process Intelligence ETL bridge is blocked by a firewall rule or similar.

Check if HTTP communication is possible with our etl-bridge.

Replace eu-prod-cloud-os-eu with the appropriate region. For example, US would be us-prod-cloud-os-us and AU would be au-prod-cloud-os-au
