3650626 - connection between agent and server disconnected during job fetching - SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services

Symptom

  • IBP job containing CI-DS task fails with the error: "RUN-50408 |CloudPreProcessing|TASK/PROCESS| The connection between the agent and the server may have been disconnected during the job fetching. Try to execute the job again. If the error persists, contact SAP Support with ID: xxxxx."
  • The CI-DS task cannot be edited in sandbox, displaying the error: "Cannot retrieve transform information, try again later."
  • Promoted tasks from sandbox also fail with the same error.
