3650637 - S4CRM: Error "there is no active info structure for field catalog sap_fica_doc001" when accessing payment list in webui.

Symptom

  • Error message: "Error in remote system - inform your administrator - There is no active info structure for field catalog SAP_FICA_DOC001". appears when attempting to access the Payment List in WEB-UI.
  • The issue is specific to WEB-UI; if sap gui transaction FPL9 is used no error is shown.
