3650747 - Quote item custom field is not available when creating new rounding setup

Symptom

When creating a new rounding setup, quote item custom field of type 'number' is not available in column list.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In setup go to Pricing/Calculations.
  2. Click on Add New in Rounding setup.
  3. Quote item custom field of type number is not available in 'Column' list.

Cause

If quote item custom fields are of any other type except 'Currency' then, it will not show up in Rounding setup 'Column' list.

Resolution

  • Quote item custom fields should be of type 'Currency' to be used in Rounding setup.

  • Quantity is the standard field which is supported for rounding.
