There will be no impact on the existing Candidates and the Applications in the system. Some of the guiding principles below that would apply to any customer instance when completing cutover to Career Site Builder.

- Ensure that core configurations, integrations, and job mappings remain intact unless explicitly modified during the implementation of career site builder.
- Perform the following cutover activities:
a. Export and prepare Career Site Builder files from the staging environment using "CSB Admin" under Tools > Import & Export.
b. Update provisioning settings to include "Enable Career Site Builder" and ensure appropriate Role-Based permissions are in place to access "CSB Admin".
c. Back up configured files from the legacy site, including category page export files, using "CSB Admin" under Tools > Import & Export.
d. Enable "Career Site Builder" in Command Center.
e. Import files into "CSB Admin" under Tools > Import & Export.
f. Complete validation testing.
g. Submit an updated site map to trigger re-indexing by search engines.
- Ensure no additional activities are needed to archive legacy files, as they will remain in place for 30 days and will be automatically archived if unused during this period.
- Address additional considerations:
a. Verify that hard-coded URLs in Career Site Builder staging configurations reference productive URLs during cutover.
b. Delete old category pages or implement redirects to avoid 404 errors for deactivated pages.
c. Account for potential delays in processing rules or category page changes during the transition.
d. Confirm that advanced analytics will continue to reflect historical legacy site data post-go-live.
