Symptom
The customer wants to configure SAP Customer Data Cloud to send emails from their own domain, rather than using the default gigya-raas.com email address. To achieve this, they attempted to access the Email Providers settings as outlined in the Email Providers | SAP Help Portal guide. However, they found that the required configuration option is not available or accessible in their environment.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable Customer Data Cloud (CDC) for the instance.
- Navigate to the Email Providers page in the Administration section of the SAP Customer Data Cloud console.
- See that the Email Provider page is not available.
Cause
This is currently an expected behavior. Currently, the Email Providers setting page has not been exposed to customer due to security reasons.
Resolution
Currently, customers using SAP Customer Data Cloud enabled instances and who wish to change the "From" email address used by SAP Customer Data Cloud cannot modify it on their own. The Email Provider Settings Page which is mentioned in Email Providers | SAP Help Portal guide is not exposed to customer due to security reasons. Emails are currently sent from the default gigya-raas.com domain, and any request to use a custom email address must be routed through the engineering team.
However, SAP is exploring options to enable self-service configuration in the future.
