3650844 - DB backups are not happening with Backup Server Error - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Backup is triggered but being terminated from cohesity
  • In backup server log

Backup Server: 4.124.2.1: Archive API error for device='cohesity_sybase::/opt/cohesity/sapase/config/1756095086840::014': Vendor application name=<UNINIT>, Library version=0, API routine=<UNINIT>, Message=Unable to open API library for device 'cohesity_sybase::/opt/cohesity/sapase/config/1756095086840'. Library path is '/sybase/<SID>/ASE-16_0/lib/libcohesity_sybase.so'. dlopen() returned: Code=2, Message=/sybase/<SID>/ASE-16_0/lib/libcohesity_sybase.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
