Is it possible to obtain a detailed view of server loading metrics such as memory allocation, processor load, and data throughput over time throughout the day?

SAP can perform a backend performance and resource analysis using its internal monitoring tools. To initiate further investigation, please report a case to SAP and include the following information:

• The specific time frame (in UTC) when the issue occurred, limited to the past 3 days.
• Details of the user (User ID) who experienced the issue.
