3650906 - Multistage and Late Stage Application Preview screen unresponsive - Recruiting Management

The late stage application preview screen becomes unresponsive when attempting to diagnose template permissions.

After filling out the filters and clicking the "Submit" button, no action occurs.

Backend logs indicate the following error:

"Cannot invoke 'com.successfactors.rcmapplication.ui.processor.MultiStageFieldConfigurationProcessor.getPermissionModelForRoleAndStatus(java.lang.Long, String, String, String, String, boolean, boolean, com.successfactors.platform.bean.ParamBean)' because 'this.multiStageFieldConfigurationProcessor' is null."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access the "Multi stage and Late Stage Application Preview" screen.
2. Fill out the filters.
3. Click the "Submit" button.
4. Observe that no action occurs, and the screen remains unresponsive.

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (2511).
