SAP Cloud for Customer Core Application

1. Navigate to Service.
2. Open the Tickets section.
3. Locate and open the ticket containing the impacted attachment.
4. Download the attachment from the ticket interaction.
5. Attempt to open the downloaded file.
6. Observe that the file is displayed as an Excel file and fails to open.

The issue is caused by blank space in the generated file name, the attachment name and the file extension in the email.

1. Ensure that there are no spaces between the attachment name and the file extension before sending the email.
2. Verify that the attachment is properly formatted without spaces in the file name or extension.
3. Re-upload the corrected attachment to the ticket interaction if necessary.
