3650957 - Developer hub user creation leads to multiple role assignments across platforms

Symptom

  • When a new user is created in Developer Hub, the user is automatically assigned to the role collection for all platforms (DEVELOPMENT, TEST, PRODUCTION) and the SAP Default IdP, resulting in multiple users in the role collection.
  • It is not possible to select the relevant platform IdP during user creation in Developer Hub.
  • This behavior necessitates additional administrative effort to delete the extra users from the role collections.
