Symptom
Workflow delegation does not stop at the predetermined time, as the setting switches to "Until Turned Off" once the end period is reached.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application on an Android device;
- Navigate to "Delegate My Workflows";
- Configure a workflow delegation by specifying a start date, end date, and delegatee;
- Save the configuration;
- Observe that the delegation appears correctly configured;
- After the configured end date has passed, check the delegation status;
- Note that the delegation remains active and the end date is replaced with "Until Turned Off".
Cause
There is a code issue that need to be fixed.
Resolution
The engineering team has confirmed that this issue has been fixed with a code correction and it is planned to be implemented with the 2H2025 Release, which is October 13th for preview and November 14th for production.
