3650999 - Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job is always being interrupted

• The "Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job" in SAP SuccessFactors Platform is being interrupted.
• The job starts successfully but enters an "interrupted" state after 2 hours and does not resume as expected.
• The expected behavior, as per documentation, is that the job runs for 2 hours, pauses for 1 hour, and then resumes. However, this behavior is not observed.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Customer's Provisioning settings
2. Go to Manage Schedule job then Run the>Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job 
3. Start the job.
4. Observe that the job enters an "interrupted" state after 2 hours and does not resume.

• The Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job was set up to be run only once
• The Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job is not set up to be run as frequently as possible

• Schedule the "Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job " as a recurring job to run every 3 hours which is configured to run 8 times in a 24-hour period.
