3651015 - Unable to Set Warehouse Address for same warehouse with different plant scenario in sap S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Unable to add a new party entitled to dispose for plant e.g. C1DE when setting up the same warehouse with different plant scenario in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Relevant entries are directed to the existing plant e.g. 1010 instead of the intended plant e.g. C1DE.
• The issue occurs while assigning plant e.g. C1DE and storage location e.g. C1DW to warehouse e.g. 1050.

1. Attempt to set up the same warehouse with different plant scenario by assigning plant e.g. C1DE and storage location e.g. C1DW to warehouse e.g. 1050.
2. Navigate to the "Set Warehouse Address" configuration.
3. Attempt to add a new party entitled to dispose for plant e.g. C1DE.
4. Observe that the system does not allow the addition, and entries are directed to the existing plant e.g. 1010.

To resolve the issue of assigning a new party entitled to dispose for plant C1DE in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system, follow these steps:

1. Check Warehouse Address Configuration: Ensure that the configuration for ‘Set Warehouse Address’ includes the necessary entries for the new plant and party entitled to dispose. This configuration is crucial for establishing the relationship between the warehouse and the plant.

2. Use the Manage Business Partner App: Navigate to the ‘Manage Business Partner’ app and assign the plant to the business partner. This step helps in linking the plant with the party entitled to dispose.

3. Map Storage Locations to the Warehouse: Use the configuration activity ‘Map Storage Locations to the Warehouse’ to map the storage location C1DW to the warehouse 1050. 4. Define Availability Group: Create a new availability group for the storage location C1DW if it is not already defined.
