3651073 - Workzone - Multiple Screen reader issues impacting navigation and accessibility

Symptom

  • Screen readers are unable to close the window after a PDF is opened.
  • The "X" (close) button located in the top right corner of the interface is never highlighted, making it impossible to close the document and return to the rest of the site.
  • Screen readers cannot access the content within PDFs, denying users the ability to read the information contained in these documents.
  • Users are unable to access the drop-down list under "Workspaces" as the nested menu items are not revealed while navigating with the keyboard.
