Symptom

You would like to confirm whether:

  • A particular subaccount is part of your SAP BTP Global Account;
  • The reason, when logging onto BTP cockpit portal, your username is not able to see the respective subaccount listed for selection;
  • Your username is part of the allowed users to have access to a subaccount from BTP cockpit.
