3651221 - External training request displays inactive approvers in approval process

Students or managers see inactive approvers in the approval process for external training requests.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login and go to Learning administration.
2. Go to a user record and create an external training request
3. Launch proxy as user and go to External Training Request or launch proxy as first step approver and go to Approvals
4. Note the approval process show several approvers including some users that are currently inactive

As confirmed by Product Management, this is by design as the inactive approvers need to be displayed for certain use case.

If you deactivate the approvers and want to hide them from the external training request, you can remove their approval role and they will no longer appear in user view.
