Symptom

The processor name field is blank when attempting to clear an incoming payment in the Clear Incoming Payments app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Clear Incoming Payments app.
  2. Observe that the Processor Name field is blank.

Cause

The user did not click on the "Save without Posting" button.

Resolution

After selecting the items to be cleared in the Clear Incoming Payments app, ensure the option "Save without Posting" is chosen before leaving the screen.

This step ensures that the processor detail is saved and displayed.
