3651274 - Inconsistent behavior of "select user status" dropdown in transaction code CNMASSSTATUS and CNMASSSTATUS FIORI APP

Symptom

  • In the backend SAP GUI, running transaction code CNMASSSTATUS, the "Select User Status" dropdown becomes immediately available after populating the User Status.
  • In the CNMASSSTATUS FIORI APP, the "Select User Status" dropdown remains empty after populating the User Status and only becomes visible if:
    The user presses F2 or navigates to Menu → Edit → Selection Option.
    The user presses Enter after populating a WBS element.
